1. Using this website

These terms apply to your use of soramarketing.in, run by Sora Marketing (“Sora”, “we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You agree not to misuse the website, for example by trying to break its security, copying it in bulk, or using it for anything unlawful.

2. Information only, not medical advice

This website markets our services to doctors and clinics. Nothing on it is medical advice, and it should not be used to diagnose or treat any condition.

The medical content in Reels and other material we produce for a client is the responsibility of that client doctor, who reviews and approves every script before it is published.

3. Services and pricing

• Prices are shown on this website in Indian rupees (INR), and are billed monthly unless stated otherwise. The price shown is the full amount you pay: no tax or other charge is added on top. Money spent on ads is separate (see below).
• AI Reels prices on this website include the AI video software; your proposal shows the service and software amounts separately.
• Festive Offer. For the first 5 doctors who sign up by 8 November 2026, 11:59 pm IST, the first month of the Starter, Growth or Pro plan is ₹9,999, ₹14,999 or ₹29,999 instead of ₹19,000, ₹26,000 or ₹34,000, AI software included. It includes that plan's Reels, which we post for you, and a free one-time Google Business Profile optimisation. The offer ends on 8 November 2026 at 11:59 pm IST, or earlier once all 5 slots are taken. From the second month, the plan you choose is billed at its normal price.
• Ad spend is separate. Money spent on Meta or Google ads is paid by you directly to Meta or Google, not to us.
• Clinic website prices are confirmed after we understand your requirements.
• Prices and inclusions may change. Any change will not affect work already agreed in writing.

Nothing on this website is a binding offer. Any engagement is governed by a written proposal or agreement between you and Sora, which will set out the scope, fees, payment terms and duration. If that agreement differs from this website, the agreement applies.

4. Your responsibilities as a client

• You give us your consent to use your recordings, voice and likeness to produce your content, and you have the right to give that consent.
• The information you give us (qualifications, services, clinic details and claims) is accurate and up to date.
• You review and approve every script and piece of content before it is published.
• Your content follows the advertising and ethics rules that apply to you, including those of the National Medical Commission, your State Medical Council or other professional body, and the advertising rules of Meta and Google.
• You have written consent from any patient who appears in, or is described in, your content.

5. Intellectual property

The content, design, text, graphics and logo on this website belong to Sora Marketing and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Ownership of content we create for clients, and any rights we keep (for example, to show approved work as samples), is set out in your written agreement.

6. Testimonials and results

Testimonials, case studies and numbers on this website reflect the experience of particular clients. Results depend on many factors, including your specialty, location, competition, budget and consistency, so results vary and are not guaranteed. We do not promise any specific number of views, followers, leads, patients or rankings.

7. Third-party links and services

Our website links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google and social media platforms. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or actions.

8. Limitation of liability

We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the extent the law allows, Sora Marketing is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Our liability in connection with any paid engagement is limited as set out in your written agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India, as further specified in your written agreement where one exists.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its effective date.
